Note: If you have a round face, sometimes a snug fit or more support can enhance your overall comfort and look, so ensure to cross-check sizing options.

Measurement Guide
What You Need
1. Band Size
Measure your ribcage directly under your bust.
Use a soft measuring tape, making sure it’s level all around.
2. Add to Band Size
If the measurement is even, add 4. If odd, add 5.
This is the traditional method; some modern guides skip adding.
3. Bust Size
Measure around the fullest part of your bust (without squeezing).
Keep tape parallel to the floor.
4. Calculate Cup Size
Subtract the band size from the bust size.
The difference determines the cup size (refer to table below).
5. Cup Size Chart
Difference between bust and band size (see cup size table below)
Use bust minus band measurement to find cup size.

Example:
Band Size: 34 inches (ribcage measurement was 30 inches + 4)
Bust Size: 36 inches
Difference: 36 – 34 = 2 inches → Cup size is B
Final Bra Size: 34B
Additional Tips:
Fit Check: A well-fitting bra should have the band level and snug without riding up, and the cups should fully encase the breast without gaps or spillover.
Strap Adjustments: Ensure the straps aren’t too tight (causing discomfort) or too loose (falling off).
Round Face Consideration: While face shape doesn’t affect bra size, round-faced individuals might prefer certain necklines or shoulder strap styles (wide or narrow) to complement their face shape for an overall balanced look.
